According to BelizeMe, the "poison pill" amendment was not renewed - which I think is correct. So I do believe this COULD happen. Titan can reject the terms though. And hostile takeovers are not easy. The acquirer could go directly to the shareholders with a premium offer. But a premium offer in this case isn't what it once was. Anything greater than the MC would be considered "premium."
