I have dropped off this board with my MW alias but I do check up every once in a while. I am still a firm believer in OWCP even though they have gone through hell. I or any of you including traveling Milo do not know and understand all the logistics that have transpired here. Research and development/ Bio pharmaceutical. Although I do not agree with everything Management has done with communication through their shareholders but they are here to do a job and they do have goals and one of their goals is definitely not to satisfy snot nose shareholders that invest $2000 expecting to make 2 million overnight.
