It is starting to become apparent to me that we may have to wait until the uplist/shortly thereafter to get some big news (maybe it will be tied directly to the uplisting?). Just wondering what you all think?

Timeline wise, does the RS have to take place a month or more before the actual uplisting, or can these events be done concurrently? Perhaps there is a stipulation in the uplist application that lets the company wait until the very last minute to do the RS? It seems that this timeline could have a significant impact on the share price one way or another, but I don't know the specifics.

Anyone have any idea?
