I know and have done business with guys like him.

He shrewdly targets under performing assets he can pick up for pennies on the dollar and as soon as his deal closes he is in there and making things happen quick. A whirling dervish of activity and changes to the company with the intent of turning things around pronto.

Many times the original owners are sitting on a bunch of potential, but they do not have the skills to realize that potential, nor do they possess the sense of urgency.

Buy, run the asset for several years, sell, move on, rinse and repeat.
