This is about to get exciting with so many shareholders having the same confirmations now. CPA's and lawyers were getting this merger done and completed. Now we are on more filings watch! Let the rest chase up huge when we run fast over .20 to .50 soon IMO.

Just got off the phone with Tony 25mins

He is tough to get info from Tony as he is very guarded in his words because of an NDA he referenced Martha Stewart outcome etc

I shared this conversation I had with Liz with Tony:

In a previous conversation with Liz, I asked if she knew the name of the company buying her shell. She didn’t want to know the name of the company because of an NDA,

I asked her then if she had a lawyer doing the deal so she wouldn’t be taken advantage of, as the other company otherwise might try to take advantage of her in the fine print. She said yes , I asked if her lawyer knew the name of the company she said yes,

I told her that the fact that she has a lawyer involved gave me confidence that she is protected , but also that the CLSI asset deal is legit, as lawyers perform DD on company’s to protect their clients, when I told that conversation to Tony, as far as the deal being legit, Tony basically said, with deals like these, when people are spending a lot of money, on CPA's and Lawyers and with big company’s the lawyers charge more, then you have the expense of public filings, filings that people can keep track of, that would tell you the deals are legit.

Tony asked me if I keep track of the filings? I said yes, He said to tell people to keep track of the filings.

But he is very guarded in what he will talk about in honoring the NDA because of what happened to those like Martha Stewart who talked about insider information
