As a mod, we must consider if the post is about the company, right or wrong. IMO SULAX's post is OK based on his statement of "I would interpret ..." at the beginning of his post. You are correct that it is a grey area and one must always consider the source and their agenda, that is true of all posts. But in this case, I do not see any reason to mod the post, feel free to ignore it as you like.
