(the "Company") (OTCQB: BAYK), holding company of Virginia Commonwealth Bank and VCB Financial Group, Inc., today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 400,000 shares or approximately 3% of the Company's currently outstanding common stock through December 31, 2020 (the "Repurchase Program").
