Looks like they are transitioning from a CM to and OEM. Good or Bad, not sure, but I think the company will do fine.

The company is the same scam it has always been. Management, who are the con men running the scam, have done fine and will do fine. When they decide it is time to shut the scam down, they will walk away with millions while shareholders will be left with nothing except, perhaps, shares of the next iteration of the scam.
