.....what's scary to me is the depths that this FDIC has taken in, 1st defending BOB RICHARDS, and now they distance themselves from BOB RICHARDS but build this HUGE BOGUS interpretation of the U.S. Tax code.........

....and they state, wrongly, that the U.S. Tax Code is a government regulation, but is not a government regulation.......?????.......

....the FDIC is pounding an ant with sledge-hammers and major artillery......

....the FDIC is gonna get scolded.........but......bottom line.......
