Fidelity is protecting themselves. A recent SEC ruling stated if a brokerage owns a bankrupt pubco's shares when said shares are delisted the brokerage has to eat them. What would you do knowing $SHLDQ is going down the tubes. Not a damn thing crooked about Fidelity its consumers who are clueless
