I have some fraud software that looks up email addys and phone numbers. I really liked his response. He basically said that traders will do what they do and he is not worried about the day to day pps. Here is his last statement in the email-

As a company we are doing our best to grow the company with actual news and growth opportunities and unfortunately the market traders do their thing to make money either way.

Those are not the words of a man who is selling shares for a living.
