The poison pill pretty eliminates the acquisition of the company. BOD is looking out for themselves rather than for shareholders imo.

If Hudson doesn't make any progress with getting folks on BOD, expect them to sell their shares (in 3-6 months) and tank this stock. Their recent purchases substantially decreased their cost basis since they were buying at much higher prices over the past few years. One would expect they have a profit already locked in on their overall position.

I'd be very careful here and would certainly hedge a profitable position with cheap options.
