Well - I really have no idea if it is true - but man it sure would explain a lot IMO.

I think many promises were made on the software side and Titan was always in a bad position...the only leverage they had was Zaring (a Medtronic guy) coming in as I am sure JNJ/VERB hated that move. If my theory is correct - than good for Mc. Just can't figure out WHY he just doesn't come clean - he would be respected if he just did that ! Shareholders shouldn't be tossed under the bus if it really is all political.
