If it was a real company with real products it wouldn't take 5+ months (and counting) to cook up a 10-Q.

Unfortunately they are trying to come up with some excuse to justify the purchase of Bad Love Cosmetics/Elite Therapeutics since neither make money.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
