That part I'm in agreement with, the gold price has risen and they have also found more gold, so those valuation metrics are most likely accurate.

What I was talking about was when the Company model changed from First Mining Finance "mineral bank" to First Mining Gold "miner". I would think that when that changed it might have also changed the forward looking valuation outlook. Maybe since they haven't really spent any money on the mining end of the business the analysts haven't added any of that into their analysis.
