Do you understand what this means right?! Next week they will announce the first franchisee for Illegal Burger! This means they are expanding with franchisee money, an alternative method to expand other than dilution, like Dixon has stated.

That's no huff and puff y'all! That's hard money going in play and WCVC generating revenue off sales.
