For sure BSF knew that there was no deal .Why would they care ? $5 mil. fee ? Why would they tell you that GDIS has no case when $5 m. is on the line. If BSF was sure win they would take the case in contingency and collect 33% . Lawyers never ever tell you the truth, they play stupid believing on the lie that their client tells them. How are they going to make millions unless they don't tell the truth. They believe that the client is telling the truth and the client pays the bill for the BS they get from the attorney. Basically RONTAN has no choice but defend a fraudulent claim,In my opinion this fraudulent claim should been dismissed the minute the funding was canceled and further more only a scammer land money to another scammer with no guarantee of any payment, What experience has Sullivan or Delgado to manage a Brazilian company or any legitimate company???
