Flemming purchased Kyoto Capital from Spadaccini, through which Ashlin Capital obtained unregistered Wind Farming shares. Flemming is not registered with the Commission in any capacity. He did not register any Wind Farming shares that he controlled with the Commission before selling them into the public market.

Why am I thinking they are related?

And what was the reason the author wanted the post removed?

Worth checking in case that name shows up again.
