Maybe the reasons why is because the board needs time to buy these options at closer to .07, and they need more time for what ever reason it may be??


It is obvious to me hdc wants to start to run like a race horse but they aren't allowing the stock to do so.. We are at a 7 year high at .07 and also a 52 week high at .10 and normally it should break out lol
