Truth seekers and skeptics can say what they want, the fact remains the company is not selling shares as evident from OTC site, the merging company is an international company, they have offices here in the US as well. That is as far as I can tell you what is taking place, nothing more, nothing less, we just wait for those updates to hit the wires. I can tell you that is not Ecogen or Mile High or eve MJ related and I don't know what sector they are in. All I know that some international entity is merging into ticker.
