That is not inconsistent with my earlier claim that 7nm is limited by EUV steppers. I suspect each INTC factory will need between 50 and 100 steppers. The total ASML output is only 30 steppers this year (2019), split between INTC, Samsung and TSMC. I suspect D1X has enough room for all the steppers ASML can ship in 2020. Fab 42 should be ready for stepper installs by 2021.
