AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

INCREASE IN AUTHORIZED SHARES OF COMMON STOCK

The Board of Directors and stockholders of the Company have approved an increase in the number of the Company’s authorized shares of common stock from 900,000,000 shares to 8,000,000,000 shares, by means of an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation.
