I believe they announced that funding will be 5.3MM shares, each with a warrant attached. Pricing has not yet been announced.

Nut a huge number, but they are bent over a barrel in terms of needing to get the financing done before EOM, so the pricing could be REALLY low.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
