Per the SEC filing, SNMN has 12 months to fully fund the Reg A. Over a month has already passed. The CEO has about 10 1/2 months left. That may seem like a lot of time, but he needs to get the ball rolling now instead of waiting until the last minute. The reason the first Reg A failed, was because the CEO waited too long. I hope he doesn't make the same mistake again. He needs to get the audits done quickly and get this show on the road ASAP. He's losing a lot of investor interest by the day.
