You are surprised by the collapse??

The collapse happens every time a raise is announced. The oncoming dilution causes the collapse. The fact they announced they now need $100 mil, there is a problem with software and development has basically been halted is just a massive dump of fuel onto the fire. Not to mention all faith has been lost.
