There are no assets from CLSI going into this deal......nothing, just a clean shell which does carry some value. What the value might be of the new entity, nobody knows at this point. Nothing but speculation. Even at today's low price, people are giving this new entity a market cap of over 12 million dollars. Will the new entity be worth a lot more than that.....we all hope so, but until 8K is dropped, it is nothing but speculation at this point.
