I didn't say otherwise...it could take 2 years to complete the s-1 for all I care. If you read what I said carefully, my only issue is with the ceo putting out BS PR's about timelines he can't deliver. This is the main reason why this thing was beat up so badly...if you don't deliver on your promises, how the HELL are shareholders gonna trust you? first it was may, now october. he has 2 weeks to deliver or this thing is going to 0.00001.
It's that simple !! DON'T PUT OUT PRESS RELEASES JUST TO TEASE SHAREHOLDERS, ONLY TO DISAPPOINT THEM.
