OTC “dividends” are not uncommon at all. Usually (worthless) stock based or some token cash value. I can think of half a dozen without breaking a sweat.

The “dividend” narrative is about the story and whether it can sell stock and increase the price. This is usually of far greater value than the dividend itself ever is....which is why you see it in pennyland.

And the VYST PR even goes so far to say that the intent is to sell stock....lol.

“....and attract new shareholders who will buy Vystar shares to reap the dividend.“

But it appears the market isn’t buying into the hype....
