Yes this is a fact. If Tony was scamming why not just sell shares and be done with it. There is more going on here than us little investors know. OS is down and has not changed since big run.. Why not sell shares and dilute if a scam. How else can he make money.. Oh yes he did not dilute any shares.. ask yourself why..?

He also did not issue him self any shares.
