2. The DEVM , Devmar Equities , EDGE MARRIOTT TRIBUTE PORTFOLIO Project
is approved, ready to start and will start shortly . The Deal has been
signed and agreement with Marriott finalized.

3. The TIME has come for 1 and 2 above to be the catalyst for th enext step which will include a SEC FILING and PR ...

Mark D , will come through .. in the filings, plan, startegy , Legal Done, Marriott Deal done, next project already finalized.. In my mind
he has come through already with what has been in his control , they have
NEVER strayed from any of their plan and look for this to be an on going
