Just sayin, I am expecting news in the upcoming week any why I am expecting it.

These were options that were exercised and could be exercised at anytime. Whether news is released today, tomorrow or next week he can exercise is options at anytime. He can exercise them the day news comes out.



He also control when company PR's are released and has a heads up with an outside source is planning to release and article that will mention the company, not to mention he is given the dates ahead of the public when researchers plan to release their reports.
