Well, if that's the case it is all good. As is, VSTR is not a company so much as 4 employees who are generating revenue. Without them there is nothing. But, Net Capital is another story altogether. I have to cogitate a bit on this.

Still asking myself if VSTR has 4 employees, then who awarded the 25MM shares each to C & C? Did they award them to themselves? Or did Vaxstar (Net Capital) , because Cecilia's shares show up as belonging to Vaxstar. As CEO of Vaxstar does she personally own the 38% of VSTR? Is she the only Vaxstar employee?
