bcb you bring up some excellent questions and also the problem of anonymous message boards. My hope is that this forum on IHUB for EXDI will be used for the exchange of information and ideas. I have read IPHawk on IV and in regards to VHC imo found him to be credible. But both him and another ID "LDM" simply dont't understand this investment or Wall Street period. First, to my knowledge NO insider has sold a share. I have asked Andrew this and he confirmed that if they did a filing would be required despite being OTC. Remember the company has also begun the process to uplist to the NASDAQ which should happen next year. Second the 2M shares granted to top management are vested over the next 4 years. The last secondary was done at about .58 and WAS done at a big discount for friends and family. I had indicated to Andrew I could be interested in a future offering which would have required a 100k share minimum and 6 month lockup and require a possible filing. Due to this pullback for many reasons including the industry concerns I previously posted I bought my additional 100k shares at an avg. of .52. Shares given to purchase companies recently will also have similar lockup periods and require filings which have not happened. IHUB remains an excellent way to follow such filings. If I find out that any insider has sold I will post it immediately.
