This is hilarious - a OTCM company laden with toxic debt but is magically going to obtain $340 million in financing - I suggest you look at the price.

How exactly is MMEX going to collateralize the $340 million loan?

Is Hanks going to increase the A/S by 3.4 Trillion shares for the loan?
