201 cleaner with less fractional shares remaining, than 200.
And gets share price above $5, yet still with enough shares (not too few @ just under 7.9 M) for trading and liquidity purposes.

That's my take.

Different thing, but what sucks, is stock price a lot harder to go from $8 to $30, than from $0.04 to $0.15.

I do not consider this company a scam. Share price is at a significant discount to the private placement where no warrants were issued, and mngt bought-in considerably. And FSD offered yet a second tranche, yet to be announced as filled or closed.

Q3 should have some revenues with the company now growing and selling pot.
