patience "have no idea if anybody is in cahoots with anyone, but I do have reason to believe the powers that be are just fine with the price of PRED stock sinking into oblivion before things take off. (And yes, I still believe PRED’s day will come.) Keeping the price low allows big time players to scoop up shares at bargain basement prices, while shaking out the weak hands, and creating a solid shareholder base for the way back up."

I don't see eye to eye with you. I thonk it is detrimental to the progress of this company to delay admission to NASDAQ. News of the Hong Kong deal was dellayed for almost a month and came along with PRs about 4 other very good things in a few days. Why? I think management expected all this good news to make the pps to jump high enough to be admitted to NASDAQ. I guess management was as surprised as a lot of shareholders are that all the good and important news had no sigificant effect on the stock price.

One way out now is to have a reverse split big enough to result in a stock price above 5 dollars. That will allow institutions to start buying lots of shares and take the pps much higher.
