You poor man. I'm afraid you are in for a disappointment. This is basically a very distressed stock, and has been for some time. The management has been doing reverse splits, reverse mergers, partial mergers, and what have you to try and live another day. If I were them, I would too. The CEO has bet everything on this coal-to-gas/ammonia technology. The cold fact is, nobody wants to buy it. There is no new element here, no change in the basic equation. You should probably chalk up your loss to experience and get out with a little capital to start over. Invest it in a penny stock, if you must. But not this one. GLTA.
