There will be no merger. More BS nonsense from who knows who. Nobody would want to merge with DIRV because nobody wants to inherit $25 million dollars of debt. Is that hard for people to understand? There is no restructuring....more BS. Nonstop BS from Roger and pumpers since inception. Nothing proves true with this DIRV crew....zippo. DIRV has had larger and larger losses since inception. All DIRV investors have been wiped out since inception. If you own a position in DIRV, it’s only a matter of time before you’re stake is worthless too.
