Yes, just not ones that claim to have a low base salary because they don’t want to drain the budget and expect compensation through the incentive share options which JR stated on at least two separate occasions. CEO and others within those other companies you speak of are usually within a company where they are receiving unjustified high base salaries and often buy shares usually scheduled to play the game. IMHO, JR and company are not receiving high salaries or playing the game with share buying.
