Sir Daniels dirv does not have years they have to strike when the iron is hot I believe there will be an merger. No one is going to take the risk on Dirv as it is presently constituted. They need another partner in the field. I believe they have that company in sight. They have never disavowed the merger or acquit ion. Plus they have a dynamite law firm from New Jersey that puts together rather large deals.
