It seems you and your friend(s) feel that even with whatever shares are left to sell by the diluters, that the price is near its bottom. The selling seems to go unabated up to this point.

I guess it comes down to who is willing to buy up those shares, and if the ones selling have a minimum price they are not willing to sell below.
