Its pretty straight forward. We have a company that owns land option contracts and rights in Elk Creek that has a vast supply of REE and the proposed project currently has has an after tax NPV that is almost over 20x the current share price.

And I recently acquired 7,000 shares in said company and would consider buying more but am skeptical of the extreme delay in the timeline of the last few years that has resulted in no absolutely no news on the progress of project financing.
