I would go with the later on that one.. He does have past experience in this realm.. I think its a lot like he mentioned in one of his tweets, positioning and contacts.. Could be that he is just setting this up, preparing for a massive campaign to really drive this puppy, maybe sooner than, or once Robles is up and running.. We cant lose sight of the massive opportunity in Robles alone, location is perfect and LOTS of opportunity there to be had.. Those with patience will be rewarded imo.
