Do you realize the margin requirement to short a stock? It's somewhere around $2.50-per-share required in a margin account.
So let's do some math (ya know, because learnin' is fun)
1) I want to short 1,000,000 shares, current PPS .0006 = $600 in shares
2) In order to go short you will require $2,500,000 CASH in a margin account. $2.50 * 1,000,000
Who is truly going to risk 2.5 MILLION DOLLARS to make, at best, $500
Any talk of shorting in the OTC, especially penny/sub-penny stocks is pure BS, always has been, and always will be...
