I think this is the nature of most OTC pinks- that there is one or two people running the show... Todd completely controls this thing, on the surface it shows 55m shares he controls, but if you look at the public float it's 160m, so my guess is he controls indirectly the other 100m, and probably a good bit of the "public" float just thru relationships. If you don't like Todd the answer is move on because he's not going anywhere. I agree in a bigger more normal company IDC who runs it and management is replaceable but not with the pinkies.


Patrolmi- I doubt Todd owns 50% of the shares. The company has only survived via capital raises ever since Todd got involved. The dilution has been incredible. I am guessing.. but just a guess.... that he owns less than 20% and that he has some leverage on that 20%. This company has been a cash bleed for a long time.

Secondarily, I don’t care who owns the company, I care who runs it! If Todd can’t execute, then lets get someone who can. JMHO! Nothing happened with this company until Dustin came to the place.. Maybe Todd should step aside and let him take over.
