TCNNF won't be capped out until they get 49 stores before Apr. After that they don't have a cap.

The settlement, announced Monday, will let Trulieve open up to 49 dispensaries in the state.

The cap, now at 35 (for all of the other dispensaries), is slated to end in April 2020.

So they are far from being capped out by any legal requirements, only by saturation of all the areas of the state. Once they reach sufficient saturation, I wouldn't expect them to open stores to cannabilize each other.
