Why move SGLB from OTC to Nasdaq? For starters. it adds credibility for potential customers. To stay on the SGLB the reporting is more strict than the OTC. Some potential customers have a greater confidence (as they should) and some even require a vendor to be listed on a major exchange, if it a public company they intend to do business with.
