Based on the CLSI DD from the beginning of phone calls when filings began hitting. You can go way back to all the DD here. I read every post daily and have for many weeks. The new merger company wanted to IPO to the big boards but decided to go this route to the big boards as it is much cheaper. So investors for weeks now have posted based on their DD. I was replying to a good post about who the merger candidate might be. We will all knw anytime now!

If my ask, what is the basis for these particular two companies being rumored to be merging in CLSI? I own shares in CLSI and hope the rumors are true, I am just curious. Thanks in advance!
