LOL!!! "Gifting" shares as a dividend for a planned "spin-off" is a typical OTC stinky pink narrative, it's code for "please hold your shares (if you want the dividend) while we sell ours."

This company is all fluff and hype, and none of it is working. Losing money year after year, bolting on a furniture store that is losing money and shrinking, and now this.
