Here's fact: PR announcing 2019 revenue target increases only by the amount of the acquired asset 2018 revenue, as projection for 2019.

Means current revenues not increasing.

In fact, do the math based on Q2 revenues, and as projected by Surge for 2019, we find current revenues are declining!

Surge Holdings itself said so.
